    2015 Median Home Sales: Hermosa Beach Single-Family Homes

    This week we are continuing our 2015 Median Home Sales Series and taking a look at Hermosa Beach. We want you to have a general overview of single family home sales so you can have a basic understanding of what to expect if you plan to buy or sell your Hermosa Beach home in 2016. Take a look at these median sales of SFRs this past year starting with the overall median sale for the entire city, followed by the HB sub sections (Sand Section, Hermosa Valley, East Hermosa).
