Tom comes from the automotive industry where he ran the daily operations and marketing of a Nissan and Kia dealership in Orange County, as well as the marketing for a Yamaha motorcycle dealer. He has also handled marketing for Honda and Chevy stores in the past, and has consulted for some of the largest dealers in the country. He has specialized in real estate since leaving automotive, primarily focused in North San Diego and South Orange County. In addition, Tom manages a portfolio of properties for the company, Oceanside Properties. Tom’s primary focus is coastal development, value add and income properties. Tom graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Marketing. He also attended the NADA Dealer Academy in Virginia.
