Baby Boy Reece Haynes is Here and South Bay Listings

Over the past five years, I have been committed to writing a South Bay real estate blog post each and every week.

I have made the blog a top priority, posting during the holiday season and even during the busiest times here at Manhattan Pacific Realty. My wife even had to deal with me posting a blog the week of our wedding and during our honeymoon (for the most part, the blogs were written beforehand, thankfully).

The one time the blog was thrown out the window was with the birth of our first son, March. Well, this week, my wife Nicole and I welcomed our second baby boy, Reece Haynes, into the world. Our hearts are full, we are so in love with our little bundle of joy, and I am so proud of my wife (and more in love than ever).

Before becoming a father, I focused on the black and white numbers of real estate only. It hampered me as an agent. Now as a family man, having children has helped me understand the value of a home more deeply, beyond the numbers to the intangible factors that can serve a potential owner. I look forward to continuing to learn more from my children and wife, as it helps me grow as a dad, husband, and real estate agent.

I want to especially extend my gratitude to you all for reading my weekly blog and for your continued support.

In other news, I am lucky to bring not just one, but TWO new listings to market this week. I am so lucky to have my assistant, Nikki, and the rest of the Manhattan Pacific Realty team absolutely knock it out of the park as I am home with the new baby. Truly, I am incredibly grateful to have Nikki and everyone at our little boutique brokerage.

This past Tuesday, I listed a Rancho Palos Verdes home in the Los Verdes sub-market with fabulous Pacific Ocean views. It is a 4-bedroom home with an excellent backyard and loads of potential at a compelling price. The interest has been incredible, and it will sell for over asking. Go see it this weekend!

    • 28723 Rothrock Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes
      • 4 bed, 2 bath, 1,806 sq. ft., 10,232 sq. ft. lot
      • Asking Price: $1,449,000

On Wednesday, I listed a Hollywood Riviera gem that is move-in-ready and boasts an oversized fourth bedroom that can double as a huge two-person office, yoga studio, or even game room. It has a recently remodeled backyard with a firepit, along with central A/C, which is a huge bonus with those hot summer months just around the corner. This one has showings all week and should garner multiple offers. You will not be disappointed.

    • 4720 Greenmeadows Avenue, Torrance
      • 4 bed, 3 bath, 1,876 sq. ft., 5,899 sq. ft. lot
      • Asking Price: $1,379,000

Once again, I am sending all of my weekly readers a huge thanks for following along, and I will be back in full swing next week with the latest local South Bay real estate insights.

    Cheers.
