I sound like a broken record over the weeks, but I really hate missing blogs!
The combination of the busiest year on record, a short holiday week, and battling never-ending sicknesses with our little ones has forced us to put the blog, podcast, and other informational aspects of the business on hold.
Our current listings and buyer clients come first but the blog, podcast, etc. will return soon with loads and loads of information. I promise!
The hot topics still remain in our local markets. If you missed the summary of those, please take a look at the last blog: “Hot Topics in the South Bay Home Market“
- Mortgage rates are still high but have subsided slightly in the past few weeks.
- The winds are certainly shifting in our local markets – more on that to come.
- Affordability is low, low, low and I cannot see how it does not have an effect.
All in all, I will get to those topics in the coming weeks, along with quarterly numbers, and a load of new podcasts. Thanks for your patience.
In the meantime, I want to highlight a fabulous Hill Section listing we brought to market today. Good luck finding such a charming 3-bedroom home in the Hill Section off Manhattan Beach Blvd for under $1.8 million. This is an excellent opportunity that does not come around too often. Take a look:
- 937 11th Street #A, Manhattan Beach
- 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 1,714 sq. ft.
- Asking Price: $1,749,000
Ideally set on a peaceful street in the desirable Hill Section, this must-see Manhattan Beach home offers the laid-back lifestyle you deserve! Experience the rare chance to secure a front unit townhome with access to its own yard. Upon entering, one is greeted by an inviting interior where dark bamboo flooring is contrasted by neutral color tones and crisp white trim. Abundant natural light spills across your main gathering areas that follow an open-concept design for a seamless entertaining flow.
Enjoy lively conversations with guests around the living room fireplace before bringing the party over for delicious meals in the dining area with stylish lighting overhead. If you like growing your own herbs, you’ll appreciate the garden window in the bright and cheerful kitchen. Whip up favorite dishes equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample white cabinetry for storing your culinary gadgets, and quartz countertops for prepping gourmet fare. Completing these features is a limestone breakfast bar that provides an excellent spot for company to watch you work magic. Steps away, there’s a balcony overlooking the beautiful neighborhood; it’s a fabulous place to start the day with a cup of coffee or end the evening with a refreshing nightcap.
Discover a combination of mirrored and walk-in closets in the bedrooms, all with custom built-ins. Awaiting you in the primary retreat’s tastefully tiled ensuite is a glass-enclosed shower with natural stone floor and brand new double vanity. Adjoining the main-level half bath is a laundry nook with ample folding space and cabinetry. Additional perks include an attached oversized two-car garage with professional epoxy floors, Nest thermostat and front door camera, new roof (2019), just to name a few. Wonderfully located, this residence is not just nearby downtown Manhattan Beach’s restaurants, shorelines, and shopping options but also easily to accessible to the city’s main thoroughfare on Sepulveda for groceries, Target runs, and a multitude of additional dining options. Why just read about your dream life? Come grab the opportunity to call this impeccable gem yours before it’s too late!
While I recover from the sick bug, please come see our 1p to 3p open houses this weekend. You will not be disappointed by the home and price in such an exceptional location.
Stay tuned for podcasts and more information in the coming weeks.
Stay healthy and wishing you a great weekend!
